Library Media Services

Kearns Academy students have many resources available to them through
GCS Library Media Services. Here are some of the resources available:

• GCS Destiny Discover - District eBooks and audiobooks
  • Available through Clever
• GOALS- Guilford Open Access to (Public) Libraries for Students
  • Through the GOALS partnership with the Greensboro and High Point Public Libraries, students enrolled in GCS will be able to access library research databases and borrow digital materials such as e-books, audiobooks, magazines, music, and videos using their GCS student ID number. All GCS students are automatically enrolled in the GOALS program unless their parents choose to opt-out. GOALS includes access to:
    • The High Point and Greensboro Public Libraries
    • NC Digital Library (through the High Point Public Library) - eBooks
    • NC Live
